Bristol is the largest city in the West of England, offering a lovely Cathedral, the magnificent SS Great Britain and the Matthew, both moored in the floating harbour within 5 minutes walking of the greenhouse. Bristol has a complex history, having developed its wealth from the trading goods (wine, tobacco and slaves) imported and exported through its harbour.
